For our online sessions all you will need is a mat for most beginner exercises. Some classes may recommend props like resistance bands, a Pilates ring, or light weights. If you don't have these props available we will give you alternatives that you can find around your home.

We offer monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans, as well as pay-per-class options depending on what you are signing up for. We have a range of options to suit everyone, with one time events and live classes, buy-once online courses, and our subscription online platform.

Pilates can be beneficial during pregnancy. Depending on your experience level you may want to book into one-on-one session with our instructor or you can explore our online platform for pre and post natal workouts. Always consult your doctor first and contact us if you have any further questions.
